Shipping policy
If your package is lost in the mail or stolen, unfortunately we can not give you a refund as that is on NZ POST, not us. We can help you look for it by contacting NZ POST, but other then that once its sent out it is full responsibility on NZ POST.
If you need shipped by a certain date, please let us know as we will try our best to accommodate to your needs.
If you select the un-tracked option for shipping, we take no responsibility if the item is not delivered to you or goes missing. Un-tracked shipping means it can not be tracked meaning is stolen or lost in transit nothing can be done for it on nzposts end and on our end. So we do highly recommend you select tracked shipping to make sure everything is assured.
