Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns Received your item and you don't like it? No worries! Please start by emailing us your order number and what you would like to return. You must email us within 5 days of receiving your order for your return to be accepted. No exceptions. Once you’ve emailed us we’ll give you the return address. You must send the item back within 3 business days of confirming the request, any later and we can unfortunately not accept any returns. Once you’ve sent the item, it’s important you provide us with the tracking number. If we don’t receive the return and no tracking number, we aren’t liable to refund you. You are also liable to cover the shipping cost back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must email us the same day you receive the package of any damages, any later and nothing can be offered.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items. If you use a discount 25% off or over, no refunds or exchanges will be given out, these are deemed as final sale items. If the item doesn't fit you, you can exchange for another size (if we have it in stock). You will be liable to cover the shipping cost back to us, aswell as the shipping cost for us to send it to you. If we do not have your size in stock, then no refunds or store credit will be given. Size charts of all items are shown on our website.

Exchanges                                                                                                                                              The item you bought doesn't fit? No problem! We do offer exchanges for different sizes. Please email us within 5 days of receiving your product to organise an exchange. No exchanges can be processed if emailed after this time frame. You will have to cover the cost to return it back to us. All New Zealand exchange returns, we will cover the shipping cost back to you (unless your address is rural, you will have to pay an extra $6 to cover that cost). All Australian orders will have to pay a base price of $7.49 to get the exchange shipped back to you. This will be invoiced to you. We will give you the address that it needs to be sent to. Once you have shipped the item back to us, you must provide the shipping number used. Please allow 1-3 business days, once the item has been returned, to process it and ship your new item to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the refund will not cover any shipping costs. 3% of the price of the item will also be deducted from the total refund to cover the restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
